By placing an order with Sista's Oven, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

Sista's Oven is a cottage bakery operating in New York.
All products are handcrafted in small batches and may vary slightly in appearance.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Orders
All orders must be placed a minimum of 31 days in advance.
Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
Menu items and availability are subject to change without notice.

Allergens & Dietary Restrictions
Our products contain common allergens, including wheat, eggs, milk, tree nuts, and soy.
Some products contain alcohol (rum, bourbon, Bailey's Irish Cream). Customers must be 21 years old to consume those specific desserts. We do not encourage nor condone underage consumption.
Our kitchen is not allergen-free. Customers with severe allergies should contact us before ordering.

Limitation of Liability
Sista's Oven is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from failure to disclose allergen sensitivities or dietary restrictions before ordering. It is the customer's responsibility to review all product information and communicate any concerns before placing an order.
