Policy

Sista's Oven offers in-person pickup for all orders. To ensure a smooth and organized experience for every customer, please review the following guidelines.

Order Completion Confirmation
Pickup is only permitted after you have received an official order completion confirmation from Sista's Oven. This confirmation will be sent via your preferred contact method (phone, email, or text) and will include your scheduled pickup time and any additional instructions.

Do Not Arrive Before Confirmation
Please do not attempt to pick up your order until you have received your completion confirmation.
Early arrivals cannot be accommodated, as orders may still be in preparation.
If you have not received your confirmation within the expected timeframe, please contact us directly.

Pickup Guidelines
Bring your order confirmation when picking up.
Pickup times are assigned and must be adhered to. Late pickups should be communicated in advance.
If you are unable to pick up your order at the scheduled time, please notify us as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements.
