Shipping Policy

Sista's Oven currently offers local shipping within New York State only. We do not ship nationally or internationally at this time.

Shipping Eligibility
Shipping is available to addresses within New York State only.
Orders outside of New York are not accepted for shipping.
Local delivery within a 3-mile radius is available as an alternative (see Delivery Policy).

Packaging
All products are carefully packaged to maintain freshness and structural integrity during transit. However, Sista's Oven is not responsible for damage caused by carrier handling after the package leaves our care.

Shipping Timeframes
Shipping timeframes will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Given our 31-day advance ordering requirement, all shipping dates are pre-scheduled and agreed upon before the order is placed.

Important Notes
Sista's Oven is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Perishable goods should be refrigerated or consumed promptly upon arrival.
If a package is delayed beyond the expected delivery date, please contact us immediately.
