All sales made through Sista's Oven are final. Due to the handcrafted and perishable nature of our baked goods, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed and payment has been received.

Why We Have This Policy
All products are made fresh to order using high-quality ingredients.
Ingredients are purchased, and preparation begins well in advance of your order date.
Perishable goods cannot be restocked or resold once prepared.
 

Exceptions
In the rare event that a product is delivered in a damaged condition due to an error on our part, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will review the situation and, at our sole discretion, may offer a partial credit toward a future order.
